Support Masks Support Masking
The COVID pandemic is not over. Support people who still wear masks. Even if you’re the only one in a room or a crowd doing it, we support you.
The COVID pandemic is not over. But many of our governments— including Saskatchewan’s—all but pretend that it is. Which signals to everyone else that COVID is no longer serious, contagious, or deadly. Yet emerging research shows that COVID can lead to multi-organ damage past the initial infection event, and result in the condition of Long COVID, where symptoms last for weeks or months longer than expected.
Don’t let your job or studies get derailed by a ‘breakthrough’ case. Masking indoors and in crowds still makes sense. The simple act of masking makes it much less likely you’ll get infected— or that you’ll infect other people, if you’re infected.
This is one of our campaign graphics created for Creating COVID Campaigns, our graphic design/PSA “jam” at the end of August to encourage people to aspire to a COVID-free province.
